A Jazz Like Feel

Music has always moved me. My life carries a constant soundtrack—lifting my spirits, amplifying joy and offering a sanctuary to find peace when needed. Lyrics stir emotions, while rhythms compel my body to move. Though my hands rarely touch an instrument, I’ve always understood music’s infinite power and hold deep respect for the musicians who devote their life to mastering their craft.

My love for music inspired the creation of “A Jazz Like Feel”. The warm brown tones and cheeks exaggerated in a proud puff are gestures borrowed from the spirit of Dizzy Gillespie. His trumpet, an extension of his being, spoke in a language that continues to transcend time.

The saxophone, with its golden brass gleaming, speaks with a voice of many moods. It curves like a body in motion; it seduces with its soft and sultry whispers, yet asserts itself boldly when the moment strikes. In its essence, the saxophone mirrors the soul of jazz: fluid yet firm, gentle yet unapologetically vibrant.

The colors in “A Jazz Like Feel” flow with the spontaneity of a jazz solo, moving across the canvas with unrestrained freedom. Jazz is an art of layering—its notes stack like brushstrokes, chaotic yet intentional. It is music born of culture, energy, and unrelenting passion. “A Jazz Like Feel” honors this complexity, reflecting our own existence: raw, vibrant and endlessly profound.
